Ways To Give

We appreciate your support at any level. Every gift, no matter the size, helps HOBY fulfill our mission.

Give Online

Make a one-time gift, recurring monthly contributions, or quarterly gifts using VISA, MasterCard, or Discover. You’ll need the credit card number, expiration date, CSV code, and name as it appears on the card. Click here or fill out the form on this page.

Give by Mail

You may make your gift by mail:

HOBY Youth Leadership
502 East Main Street
Lakeland FL 33801

Gifts of Stock

You can easily transfer stock electronically to our organization’s brokerage account. The value of your gift and tax deduction is the mean price of the stock on the date of transfer.

Please advise HOBY of any transfers by emailing Emily Lewis, Chief of Recruitment and Promotion, at lewise@hoby.org with the type of stock and the number of shares being transferred.

Matching Gifts

Did you know many companies offer a matching gift program to encourage philanthropy among their employees? You may be able to double, or even triple, the impact of your gift! Check with your employer’s Human Resources department for more information and matching gift forms.

Send the completed matching gift form to us at lewise@hoby.org.

Planned Giving & Bequests

Planned gifts are utilized by many people to make a real difference to HOBY while leaving a lasting legacy. Planned gifts require some assistance from your professional financial advisor. Unlike cash donations, they typically come from assets in your estate rather than disposable income, and they come to fruition upon your death. Planned gifts and bequests allow HOBY community members to support our mission while realizing financial and tax benefits of their gifts. With thoughtful planning, donors can meet their personal financial goals while making a difference for youth leaders.

Please consult your professional financial advisor to learn how to support HOBY’s mission with a planned gift, or contact Emily Lewis, Chief of Recruitment and Promotion, at lewise@hoby.org for more information.
