What is eScrip?
eScrip is a program that makes is possible for you to make a difference in thousands of high school students’ lives each month. All you have to do is sign up your credit card or specific merchant card (like Macy’s) and start spending!
How eScrip works
It’s simple! Whenever you shop at a participating merchant, using a REGISTERED card, the merchant makes a donation to HOBY through the eScrip program. Note, when you are registering for the first time, you can choose to support HOBY by typing in our full name, “Hugh O'Brian Youth Leadership,” or by typing in our Group ID: 500000046.
Manage your eScrip account
Perhaps you are a HOBY alumni or your son or daughter went through the program last year or 10 years ago. Regardless, it’s time to sign up your credit cards on eScrip! It's easy to manage your account online. You can review and change the groups you support and you can even add or change credit card numbers instantly.
Supporters can update account information online by visiting the eScrip website: www.escrip.com. You will need your eScrip password to manage your account, so when you sign up for the first time, make sure to write it down!. If you don't have that information you can email eScrip for help at: supporters@escrip.com or call 800.254.5404. You can also contact the Development Department for help: development@hoby.org.
For those of you who are not comfortable with the online process, you may download and print the form at the bottom of this page. Fill out the form and mail it directly to eScrip.
Worried the program is unsafe?
No need to worry. eScrip has a very strict privacy policy and will never share your credit card information with anyone
eScrip Online Mall
Don't have any of these merchants near you? That's okay, you can still help! Through eScrip's online mall, you can shop at most major stores like GAP and Adidas. By shopping with the online mall HOBY will earn a percentage of what you spend. Remember though, you need to have your credit card REGISTERED on eScrip in order for HOBY to benefit from the proceeds.

Eddie Bauer, Big 5, Avon, Whole Foods, MCI, Office Max & Others
These stores also make generous donations through eScrip. The purchases are linked through a REGISTERED credit card such as VISA or Mastercard, or your debit card. Note HOBY only gets the donation if the credit or debit card is registered on your eScrip account and you shop at participating stores.
Macy’s
Register your Macy’s credit card with eScrip too. Purchases made at Macy’s with the credit card will generate a donation of up to 6 percent of your monthly spending to HOBY.
Cruises
Club Cruise is a leader in the cruise industry offering great selection and prices. Families can earn up to 5 percent for HOBY! Visit www.clubcruise.com or call toll free 1-800-CLUB-SEA to learn more.
Dining & Hotels
Families will find great rates at over 10,000 hotels plus earn up to 8 percent back for your group. Over 10,000 great restaurants contributing 5 percent for HOBY. Create a profile and book reservations online or call 1-866-756-3463.
Flights
When families fly with American Airlines and book their flight through Mitch-Stuart they will earn 3 percent for HOBY. West Coast families can call 1- 800-574-9991 or email info@mitchstuart.com. East Coast families can call 1- 888-233-6636 or email info@mitchstuart.com.
Car Rental
When families rent a car through Budget by calling the number below, they will earn 3 percent for HOBY. Call 800-455-2848 and reference eScrip code X462300 to receive your contributions.
