Active Collab is a web-based project management application used by HOBY key volunteers to coordinate and store information on the projects of each HOBY Corporate Affiliate. For each “project” such as the Leadership Seminar, volunteers use Active Collab to manage a detailed listing of all project tasks and their deadlines, track which tasks are done and how much of the total work is done, and maintain a central database for project information.
Information stored and archived annually in Active Collab includes volunteer contact lists, annual budgets, meeting minutes, program books, and more. Active Collab is also the primary means through which lead volunteers report their progress to HOBY International.
